What this site is

Mega888 Guide is an agent for the Mega888 mobile app. We help players get set up on it: download, registration, a first deposit, and support afterwards when something needs fixing.

We are not the brand owner. The games run on the Mega888 platform, and play is governed by the platform's terms alongside ours. What this site does is explain how all of it works, so you know what you are getting into before you put any money in.

What Mega888 actually is

Set the marketing to one side and Mega888 is a single mobile app holding a few hundred casino games behind one login. It does not build its own slots. The titles are licensed from established studio providers and wrapped in one lobby, one wallet and one support desk, and that packaging is the product.

It took hold for reasons that have less to do with the games than with the packaging. What we cannot do

We cannot reverse a bet that has settled. Once a round is finished on the platform, the outcome stands. No agent anywhere can undo it.
We cannot restore a balance lost through play. A bad session is not a refundable one, and any page that hints otherwise is lying to you.
We cannot promise a payout or a win. Money moves when the platform releases it, on their terms rather than ours.
We cannot fix an account you opened somewhere else. If you registered with another agent, or on a site we do not work with, that account is theirs to sort out.
