Mega888 login, registration and banking
Setting up the account is quick. Getting money back out is where people run into trouble, and almost always for a reason that was avoidable two weeks earlier. Both halves are covered here.

Creating your account
Registration is a single form and there is no approval queue. You fill it in, you are in. That speed is worth slowing down for, because two of the fields are difficult to change later.
-
Open the app or site
If you have not installed it yet, start with the download and installation guide. Registration is available from inside the app and from the mobile site, and both create the same kind of account.
-
Tap Register and fill in the form
You will be asked for a username, a password, a phone number and a currency. Nothing unusual so far.
-
Choose a username you will remember
This is one of the two fields you cannot easily change. Password resets are routine. Username recovery is a support conversation, and it is a slow one because the operator has to satisfy itself that the account is yours.
-
Set the currency correctly
Pick the currency you actually bank in. Choosing one that does not match your bank or e-wallet introduces conversion on every deposit and withdrawal, and each conversion costs you a little.
-
Confirm and log in
Some operators send a verification code by SMS. Once you are in, take a minute to look around the lobby before depositing anything. The practice modes are free and they tell you more about the app than any review will.
It matters more than it looks. The phone number is how the operator reaches you about verification and withdrawal issues, and it is one of the things identity checks are matched against. A number you are about to change is a future problem.
Opening a second account, even accidentally through a different link, is the fastest way to get both closed with the balance forfeited. If you think you already have an account from a previous device, recover it rather than registering again.
What you do not need to give at signup
Not your bank login, not a photo of your ID, and not a payment of any kind. Documents come later, when you request your first withdrawal. A registration form asking for any of those up front is a sign you are on the wrong site.
Logging in
The login screen is the same everywhere, but where you find it differs by platform, and the iPhone route confuses people who expect an app icon they installed from a store.
| Platform | How to get to the login screen | Stays signed in? |
|---|---|---|
| Android app | Open the Mega888 icon from your app drawer and the login form loads first. | Yes, until you log out or clear app data |
| iPhone / iPad | Open the home-screen shortcut and log in on the page that loads. | Usually, unless you clear Safari website data |
| Mobile browser | Go to the site and tap Login. You will have to sign in each session. | Only if you tick the box |
| Desktop browser | Same site, wider layout. Useful for reading terms on a real screen. | Only if you tick the box |
There is no desktop app to install, only the browser version. Playing on PC or laptop explains what works, what does not, and why an Android emulator carries risks a funded account should not take.
When you cannot sign in
Before you assume the account is broken, work through the possibility that you are not on the same site you registered on. That is not a rare explanation. It is a common one, and it is the reason a correct password can still be rejected.
The password is definitely right and it still fails
Check the address first. If you reached the site through a search result, an ad, or a link in a message, confirm it matches the page you registered on. Copycat sites run real login forms and simply collect what you type. If the address is right, then use the official password reset, and make sure you are not carrying a stray space from a password manager.
The app updated and now I am logged out
Normal, and harmless. Updates can clear the stored session. Log in again with the same credentials. Your balance and history were never on the phone to begin with, so nothing has been lost.
It says my account is suspended
Suspensions usually follow a terms breach: duplicate accounts, a mismatch between the name on the account and the name on the payment method, or an unverified document. Contact support with your username and ask what specifically triggered it. Go in calm and factual. Demanding a reinstatement rarely helps.
The login page will not load at all
If the site will not load but everything else on your phone works, the domain is probably blocked by your internet provider. Try a different network first, such as mobile data instead of home wifi or the reverse. Some players use a VPN to work around a block. That changes your connection, not the law where you live.
Deposits
Deposits are the easy half. Everything happens on the cashier screen, the money usually lands within minutes, and the only real decisions are how much and by which method.
Online banking
The default for most players in the region. You complete the transfer through your own bank's interface, which means your banking credentials never touch the casino.
E-wallets
Fastest option where it is supported, and it keeps the casino at arm's length from your bank account, which some people prefer as a boundary.
Cryptocurrency
Available at some operators. Faster settlement and no bank in the middle, at the cost of price movement between sending and crediting.
Making a deposit
- Open the cashier from the menu inside the app.
- Pick a payment method. The minimum is set by the platform, though some methods set a higher floor.
- Enter the amount and confirm the operator's reference details if it is a bank transfer.
- Complete the payment in your own banking app or browser. Do not close the casino screen.
- Screenshot the confirmation. If the balance does not update within fifteen minutes, that screenshot plus the reference number is what support needs to fix it.
Do not send it again immediately. That is how people end up with two deposits and one balance. Give it fifteen minutes, then contact live chat with the transaction reference and your screenshot. Duplicate deposits do get resolved, but the resolution is faster when there is one clean payment to trace rather than two overlapping ones.
Withdrawals
This is where the complaints come from, and the causes are consistent enough to list. Clear these four things in advance and a payout is normally uneventful.
-
Finish identity verification before you need it
Almost every operator wants to see an ID document and often proof of address before the first payout. The check itself is quick when you submit early. It is miserable when you submit on a Friday night with a withdrawal sitting in limbo, because now you are waiting on two queues instead of one.
-
Make sure the name matches
The account name, the bank account and the ID document need to agree. An account opened in a nickname, or a withdrawal to a friend's bank account, will be held. This rule exists to stop fraud and money laundering, and no amount of explaining gets around it.
-
Check the wagering requirement
If you claimed a bonus, look at the turnover counter before requesting a payout. A balance with an unmet requirement is not withdrawable, and the request will simply be rejected or reversed. The next section explains how to read it.
-
Withdraw the way you deposited
Most operators require the first withdrawal to go back through the same channel, and some apply that rule permanently. Withdrawing to a method you never deposited with is a reliable way to trigger a manual review.
| Item | Typical position |
|---|---|
| Minimum withdrawal | set by the platform |
| Processing time | a few working days once verification and turnover are clear |
| Identity documents | Required before the first payout, and occasionally re-checked later |
| Fees | Varies by method. Your own bank may charge separately |
| Weekends and holidays | Requests queue, so add a day |
Understanding turnover requirements
Turnover is the most misunderstood part of online casino play, and the misunderstanding is expensive. It is the amount you have to bet before bonus money becomes real money you can withdraw.
Here is a worked example with round numbers, because the arithmetic is trivial and the implications are not. Suppose you deposit 100 and claim a 100% match bonus with a 10x turnover requirement on the bonus. You now have 200 in the account, but only your original 100 is yours to take out. To release the other 100 you must place 10 × 100, which is 1,000 in total wagers.
Now the part the headline never mentions. Not every bet counts at full value toward that 1,000. Slots usually count at or near 100%. Live baccarat and roulette often count at a fraction, or are excluded from bonus play entirely, precisely because they are the games where a requirement is easiest to grind through. If your bets only count at 20%, that 1,000 in wagers is really 5,000.
There is usually a time limit too. An unmet requirement at the deadline typically takes the bonus and anything won from it, and sometimes more. So the honest summary of a generous-looking bonus is this: it is a commitment to bet a large amount within a fixed window, and it only makes sense if you were going to play that much anyway.
The three figures that matter are the turnover multiplier, the game contribution table, and the expiry window. If you cannot find the contribution table, ask support for it in writing before you claim anything. A bonus you did not want is much harder to remove than one you never took.
If you want to see the arithmetic worked through for your own numbers, the bonus turnover calculator takes the multiplier and the contribution rate and shows the total wagering they add up to. For what the phrase "free credit" does and does not mean at an operator like this, the free credit guide separates the real bonuses from the fake pages.
Keeping the account secure
An account that holds money needs more care than a forum login, and the threats are fairly specific to this industry.
Treat every "account issue" message as hostile
The standard attack on casino players is a message claiming your account is suspended, with a link to a page that looks exactly like the login screen. Type the address yourself or use your own bookmark instead. Never sign in through a link you were sent.
Use a password that exists nowhere else
Every day, this account touches a payment method. Reusing a password from a shopping site means a breach at that shopping site becomes a breach of a funded account.
Set the withdrawal PIN if one is offered
It is a second lock on the only action that matters. Use a different value from your login password, because a PIN that mirrors the password adds nothing at all.
Do not leave a large balance sitting there
Money in an offshore account is exposed to whatever happens to that operator. Withdraw what you are not actively playing with. This is the same reasoning as not carrying your whole savings in cash.
Your online banking username and password. Your card's CVV. A payment to release a withdrawal. A "verification fee" of any size. If someone asks for one of those and claims to be from the casino, they are not.
Account questions
Can I have more than one account?
No. Standard terms allow one account per person, and duplicate accounts are usually closed with the balance forfeited. Players sometimes open a second account after a bonus dispute, which converts a recoverable problem into a permanent ban.
What if I forget my password?
Use the reset on the official site, reached by typing the address yourself or via your own bookmark. Never reset a casino password through a link that arrived by text, email or chat message. That is the standard phishing pattern aimed at casino players, and it works because the page looks identical.
Why is my withdrawal still pending?
In rough order of likelihood: verification is incomplete, a bonus requirement is unmet, the withdrawal method differs from the deposit method, or it landed on a weekend and is queued. Payouts typically take a few working days once those are clear.
What is a turnover requirement?
The total you must bet before bonus credit can be withdrawn. Ten times on a hundred in bonus means a thousand in wagers. Games contribute at different rates, and some do not contribute at all, which is how a bonus can leave you holding a balance you cannot yet take out.
Are winnings taxed?
That depends entirely on where you live, and this guide cannot answer it for you. Some countries do not tax gambling winnings at all, others treat them as income, and the position can hinge on whether the operator is licensed locally. Ask a local tax professional rather than trusting a forum post.

Account set up? Here is what to do next
Learn how the different game categories actually behave before you fund the account, and use the practice modes to find out what you enjoy.
Set your limit before you deposit, not after. A budget decided in advance is the only one that holds. If you find yourself chasing losses or hiding your play from people close to you, that is the point to stop and get support. See our responsible gambling page for where to turn.
